MindRover
Install the game
To install the game, mount your CD & run the installer with linux32 from the util-linux package :
# mount /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom $ cd /media/cdrom $ linux32 ./setup.data/bin/Linux/x86/setup
Apply the last released patch :
$ linux32 bash mindrover-1.07a-x86.run
[Optional] Install 2 free expansions/scenarios pack:
Unfortunately the binary is statically linked with an old SDL, so we are stuck with it and it's bugs 
Launch the game
./mindrover -w
LGP - Linux Game Publishing
After Loki filed for bankruptcy, Linux Game Publishing acquired the rights to MindRover in 2002 and released a final 1.07b version.
One major bonus to use this version is the presence of dynamically linked version of the game binary. This free us from the old SDL version bundled in the Loki binary and we are able to use sdl12-compat
